Terms & Privacy Policy

1. Scheme Nature – Suvarna Sanchay is a gold saving plan where you book gold every month and must finally redeem it in the form of 22K HUID hallmarked jewellery only. The scheme is strictly non-refundable.
2. Tenure & Instalments – The standard plan consists of 10 monthly instalments. Redemption is typically carried out in the 11^th month after completion of all instalments.
3. Gold Booking Rate – For each instalment, gold is booked at the prevailing gold rate on the date payment is received. Once booked, the rate for that instalment cannot be changed or re-booked.
4. Type of Jewellery – Redemption is allowed only against 22K HUID hallmarked gold jewellery available at Shubham Jewellers.
5. Making Charges & GST – At the time of redemption, the customer is required to pay:
   • Making charges at 7.99% on the jewellery value
   • Applicable GST as per government regulations
6. Non-Refundable Scheme – Amounts paid under Suvarna Sanchay cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred, or converted into any other scheme. The value must be used exclusively to purchase jewellery.
7. Mode of Payment – Instalments may be paid via UPI, online bank transfer, or cash at the Shubham Jewellers showroom counter.
8. Delayed / Missed Payments – Delays or missed instalments may impact scheme benefits as per internal policy. Customers are advised to contact the store for clarification.
9. Offers & Clubbing – This scheme cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly permitted by Shubham Jewellers.
10. Taxes & KYC – All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per law. PAN, Aadhaar, or other KYC details may be required as mandated by government regulations.
11. Data & Privacy – Personal information such as name, mobile number, and payment references is collected solely for scheme operation, communication, and legal compliance. Shubham Jewellers does not sell or misuse customer data and shares information only with authorized payment partners or government authorities when legally required.
12. Store Contact – For any clarification or assistance, customers may contact Shubham Jewellers during working hours using official contact details available on the website or at the showroom.
13. Right to Modify – Shubham Jewellers reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Suvarna Sanchay scheme or its benefits at any time. Any changes will not affect gold bookings already completed prior to the date of modification.
